Make sure to have alone time.

Take up a hobby!
I know it may feel like you can’t have one more thing on your plate. But if it’s something you enjoying doing like reading a book, writing, crafting, etc. Then it will bring you happiness!
Beauty care with Rose Water!
I’ve been loving anything with rose water in it. There are so many products to choose from, facial mist, moisturizer or face masks. The scent of rose water has amazing anti-anxiety benefits and can definitely help with stress, tension, grief and depression.
You can actually make your own Rose Water Toner at home… Just follow these steps:
-First, pick 3 cups of rose petals and leave them outside on a paper towel or a cloth towel for about an hour
– Next, put the rose petals in a pot, fill it with distilled water so that the petals are covered. Place a lid and heat on low (don’t boil)
– After 20 minutes, the petals will be faded with almost no color. Remove from stove, strain the water from the petals and store in an air tight glass bottle. It can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week for use.
Yoga!
It’s hard enough to find time to work out, but there are easy to do Yoga moves that you can do before bed to help you de-stress!
I need one of those mats in my life!
