Summer is here and I had to share some of my favorite recipes that are easy to make! One thing you are going to love is all of these recipes are light and are perfect for summer cookouts or dinner on the patio!

 White Bean Pasta Salad!

My White Bean Pasta Salad is super easy to make! I’m really enjoying the BUSH’s Beans Heat & Serve as an option to spice up some of my favorites!

Instructions
  1. Boil Pasta until cooked, rinse and put aside.
  2. Saute Olive Oil, garlic tomatoes until it becomes thick and caramelizes.
  3. Add Baby Spinach, Pasta and beans. Mix together and let it simmer 15 minutes. Serve and Enjoy!

Sweet Potato Tacos!

Do you need an alternative to meat? Sometimes I’m just not feeling it and I still want Tacos!!! These Sweet Potato Tacos have been a regular for us as a dinner option. Just slice a Sweet Potato and grill it with onions & green pepper, add seasoning and you have a quick delicious dinner!

Backyard Chili Bean Dip

Backyard Chili Bean Dip is one of my all time favorites, its actually perfect for all year around and definitely a crowd favorite. Follow the easy steps below and enjoy!

  • Saute lean ground beef with onions and low sodium Taco Seasoning
  • Mix in 1 can of New Orleans Red Style BUSH’s Beans, 1 can of Tomato sauce, Freshly diced tomatoes, 3 cups of Cheddar Cheese
  • Simmer for 30 minutes and enjoy!

I also make this in the crock-pot and let it simmer all day and it tastes even better!
