I’m super excited to share this post with you guys!!! I’ve recently came across these sprinkles and they are literally giving me life and its not just because they are as cute as can be… but it’s the story and the person behind the sprinkles that will empower you! You already know how I love sharing stories of empowerment, after all I have a whole podcast dedicated to it! Meet Candy Ramirez, proud Latina, Entrepreneur, Wife, Mother, Daughter and Baker….. actually #MoreThanABaker she’s been crowned the with the name #QueenBeeBaker and she deserves every bit of it! Her journey has taken her love for baking and turned it into creating her own Cake Shop that has taken her to places from New York, California and Texas, etc! She goes everywhere teaching classes on how to create the most amazing and unique cakes that you will ever see, Candy’s cakes are a must have in the Tucson Arizona area and she’s not stopping there…. I have a feeling we will be seeing her cakes everywhere one day soon!

How genius of her to create Mexi-Sprinkles ,sprinkles that are culturally impressive from pan dulce to mermaids, Selena themed and even 80’s themed sprinkles, and they are all handmade!!! Her love of sweets and tradition of baking with her grandmother turned into creating these mini edible little creations of happiness! I’m seriously so in love! But since I’m not a baker of any sorts, I really wanted to try to make my own butter cream frosting cupcakes which is my absolute favorite!

So these are my cupcake creations and here is the Butter Cream recipes that I followed, which were super easy! I made the Peanut Butter and Coconut Cream frosting they both came out so good… but really the Mexi-Sprinkles makes them look so much more amazing, they are so cute I didn’t want to eat them!

I promise you these Sprinkles are going to bring out your inner baker that your never knew existed… I’m finding myself looking for things to create just to be able to use them, the list is endless, Chocolate Covered Pretzels, Candy pops, Cake pops, Brownie Bites, and if you want to try a cake for yourself, Queen Bee Baker also does online classes that you can take and learn how to make her creations! That’s definitely my next baking adventure… I want to learn from the Queen herself!
