One of my favorites in the kitchen is this Temptations Texas Sized Muffin Pan in Red Floral Lace. It not only beautiful but its refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher/microwave safe. And you can also back with it up to 500 degrees!
This is one of my go-to meals that are Keto- Friendly and Delicious!

- 6 Eggs Whisked
- 1 Cup green pepper Chopped
- 1 Cup Onion Chopped
- 1 Cup Baby Spinach Chopped
- 1/2 Cup cheese
- Salt & Pepper
Ingredients

- Mix all the ingredients together and place in a cupcake baking dish.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
Let the muffins cool off and store in the refrigerator for a healthy breakfast meal throughout the week!
I really like baking my muffins with spinach. You can also add Ham, Bacon or Sausage and have a really filling snack that is low carb and full of protein!
