In a small pan add water, cinnamon, sugar, salt, butter and bring to boil.
Then reduce heat and add in flour, stirring until the mixture is smooth. Then remove mixture from stove and place in a bowl to cool for 5 minutes.
Once mixture is cool, add in egg and vanilla extract and mix with hand mixer until smooth. Then fill a piping bag with a star tip with the mixture and create a heart shape on parchment paper
Heat oil to at least 350 degrees, and place each heart in oil and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side. Remove from oil and place on a paper towel for 2 minutes. Then mix 1/2 cup of cinnamon and sugar and dip each Churro in the mixture. Dip Churros in honey and enjoy!
