- Make Crust: & Bake at 350 for 10 Minutes 1 Tbsp Coconut 1/2 c Sugar 1 tsp Salt 1/2 Melted Butter 1 c Flour
- Make Filling & Bake at 350 for 20 Minutes 2 tsp Coconut lemon Juice and zest 3 eggs 2/3 c sugar 2Tbsp Powdered Sugar for Topping
