Roll Vanilla Ice Cream into desired size balls, and place in the freezer for 2-4 hours.
Place the Post® Honey Bunches of Oats® into a plastic bag and crush.
Mix melted butter, sugar and cinnamon together.
Pour crushed Post® Honey Bunches of Oats® and mixture into a baking sheet and roll each ice cream ball covering it completely.
* wrap the ice cream balls in foil to keep the coating on it until ready to eat!
Add Reddi Whip, cherry on top and enjoy!
