Mix 1 Egg with salt and pepper in a bowl.
In another bowl shred 2 cups of Stella Black Pepper Romano Cheese and in a separate bowl placed bread crumbs (Italian flavored works great)
Place your chicken breast in the egg to cover completely for about 2 minutes, then place chicken breast in to the shredded cheese, allow cheese to stick, then place in bread crumbs and make sure the entire chicken breast is covered.
