  1. Combine Chicken, grapes, almonds, onion, celery, pineapple in a bowl and set aside.
  2. Mix together lemon juice and Cacique Creama. Mix until its smooth. Add salt & pepper to taste!
  3. Add lemon/creama mixture and mayo to bowl and mix. Refrigerate for 2 hours and serve on a croissant.
