Ingredients
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1 cup Fresh Crab Meat
- 1/2 cup Onion chopped
- 1/2 cup cilantro chopped
- 1/2 cup tomato chopped
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 4 Flour or Corn Tortillas
- 1 cup Shredded Cheese
- Salt & Pepper

Instructions
- Break open the crab legs (not cooked) and sautée in a small pan with garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- Add in onion, cilantro tomato and sautée over a very low heat.
- In a separate pan, lay 1 tortilla flat and place sprinkle shredded cheese to melt slowly (very low heat) Add cooked crab meat on top of cheese and another tortilla. Let tortilla grill flipping 2-3 times to warm both sides and melt cheese completely.
