  1. Break open the crab legs (not cooked) and sautée in a small pan with garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  2. Add in onion, cilantro tomato and sautée over a very low heat.
  3. In a separate pan, lay 1 tortilla flat and place sprinkle shredded cheese to melt slowly (very low heat) Add cooked crab meat on top of cheese and another tortilla. Let tortilla grill flipping 2-3 times to warm both sides and melt cheese completely.
